The 33.1 kilometres of the AG-55 toll road provide a communication corridor in the Bergantiños area between A Coruña and Carballo. They also link up the areas of Soneira and Fisterra furthest away from A Coruña.
The AG-57 toll road joins Puxeiros and Baiona, in the metropolitan area surrounding Vigo, cutting through 25 km of the Val Miñor region in Pontevedra. A roundabout in Baredo (Baiona) channels traffic from the local PO-552 road (Finisterre-Tui) on to the toll road, providing traffic from the north of Baiona access to the toll road. It also connects to the future thoroughfare, Avenida de Baiona, through the Ramal de Sabarís branch road, approximately one kilometre long.
