Ena Infraestructuras, S.A. is a company belonging to ITINERE, a major Spanish infrastructure operating group. ENA owns 4 companies operating concessions over 468.1 km of toll roads located in the north of Spain.

ENA‘s main focus is on rolling out its business strategy in the 4 operating companies. It is not directly involved in the day-to-day management of any toll-road concession but provides its subsidiaries with management support and coordination services, implementing common operating and financial policies.

ENA‘s toll roads are mature operations, with many years of concession yet to run. They have recurring traffic flows and enjoy a stable regulatory framework.
